Proximity to Times Square is exceptionally convenient.

I was disappointed to find the room was incredibly cramped, making it hard to move around. The bathroom was also very small, with barely any space to use the toilet comfortably. Additionally, the staff seemed unhelpful when I raised concerns about the lack of space and the awkward layout of the room, which only added to my frustration during the stay.

Location is excellent, just a short walk to Times Square and Broadway. Breakfast is amazing and really helps save money. Daily cleaning kept everything spotless. The staff were super helpful and friendly. A fantastic stay! 😊

The location is perfect for diving into NYC's vibrant culinary scene—try the decadent cream cakes at Junior's just a short walk away! Our room was clean and had a comfy bed. Breakfast was a nice way to kick off the mornings. We got lucky with a view over Times Square as well, which was a treat!

Couple good time

Location is excellent, you can walk to all major attractions and the breakfast is fantastic. We were able to store our bags before check-in and explore the city that afternoon which was a lifesaver.

It was a bit pricey but for the convenience and comfort it was still alright.

the bed linens were changed daily, which made for a refreshing stay. sadly, the windows were dirty.

We enjoyed our time in the Deluxe Corner King Room, despite a few quirks like the tight bathroom space. The location was perfect for exploring Times Square, and having a mini-fridge was a nice touch for late-night snacks. Tip for late arrivals, pack your own water bottles!

Service was hit-or-miss. while most staff were friendly, one member was notably disrespectful in the dining area. Without more space, a longer stay would have been challenging.
